As project admin and developer for ShadowTool, I'm pleased to announce that the latest release candidate, version 1.0.0rc1, has been released. This release is a complete conversion from Perl/Tk to Gtk2-Perl, which not only makes it look better, but also enables support for an embedded browser, which will be included in the next release candidate version. This release also fixes a bug in the login code that would prevent users with non-alphanumeric characters in their password from logging in.
