#3 Base Game Engine

Ok, so, six years ago apparently, I was so gung ho on the idea of making a game (yeah, six years ago, i'm fuckin shocked) anyways... We need a base game engine and some rules around it. Basically, just to run our world and actually create a fun usable game, we need the rules of this world. The rules probably should be described somewhere.. I guess that's another task.
