#10 Color pref not working

In 2.0a1 the color prefs are not working

Even though this is known I feel it needs to be
addressed here and fixed ASAP

This will likely not be fixed until the prefs are redone as
.nibs.

Prefs are still a sore point in ShadowIRC 2.0, waiting for
commit from mledford.

The color prefs panel still doesn't work, but the color prefs are
now stored in the plist, so you can edit that (when ShadowIRC
isn't running).
