#1 Model Problems?

i just installed it (after updating carters pack) and when i join none of the stargates function, in the universe and SG-1 gate parts are MISSING from the gate, and when i try to dial from any of them an error in blue just pops up saying it has been trying to compare a value to NILL or someting like that.. help would be appreciated thanks ive uploaded pictures, and if you would help that would be much appreciated
