Agreed.  You may also want to exclude the Development and Support parts of 
the navigation bar if there are not going to be links there.

As far as layout goes, I'd probably recommend that we settle on a common 
header.  I of course like mine better! :)  At least I think we should 
include the JOS logo in the header.  I think the three links in the very 
top of the header should be the same except we substitute wiki with home 
page for yours.  Wiki Search should probably move down to the header next 
to the "topic go to" so its like:

Topic: [box] or <a>Search</a>

Otherwise, looks good.
