Hmm.  Not entirely sure.  I do know that the current jos wiki is not 
w2k compliant (there are a couple w2k bugs in there).  So if you're 
using wiki related information to generate the timestamp on 
imports, you're probably running into an existing w2k problem with 
the old wiki.
