Since we are calling it sourceforge wiki, i don't see why we 
shouldn't integrate it tightly with sourceforge.  If its done right (with 
a well named, and well designed api), it should be easy for users 
that don't want to use sourceforge to rewrite or disable sourceforge 
specific features.
