	Yes.  Is it ready yet?*  (The code is set up to expect things in a
wiki subdirectory.  I'll look into making this change in a portable (e.g.
for wiki-root and non-wiki-root sites) way in sfWiki-devel as I prepare
the first code drop.  (Which is, BTW, very nearly done!))  If it is, I'll
just make the appropriate moves and dump the current index.php3 body into
the WebHome default topic.
