	Why not put it on the currently unused wiki/index.php3 page,
instead of using space on every page in the wiki?  When you're actually
using the wiki, it's really easy to jump (browse bar) back there, and
(presumably) you've already found what you're looking for.  Furthermore,
it shouldn't cover only new pages, but page edits, though we may want to
do that on a per-web basis.
