#36 Ignore updates if connection breaks down

I hope that this is the right place to post the following

If I start editing a page on wiki.bzflag.org and the
connection breaks down while I submit my changes then I
end up deleting half of the page. I am ashamed to tell
that I messed the bzflag site up twice this way, and
now I am afraid to use it.

Perhaps the defaults could be changed so that if the
connection breaks down while updates are being mailed,
then the updates are ignored.
