openssh-3.x.sftplogging-v1.1.patch (stable) released

openssh-3.x.sftplogging-v.1.1.patch release (bug fix). Ensure that logging is performed only when LogSftp is enabled. This fixes a reported issue with HP-UX where logging was attempted despite disabling LogSftp.
