When running this script against machines on the network (with domain admin rights), it works like a champ, until it runs across XP Service Pack 2's firewall. When attempting to run against a machine with it, I get the WMI error mentioned in the documentation. I have verified that the firewall is the issue by disabling it and running the script (works fine thereafter). Does anyone have suggestions on how to get the two to coexist properly? I enabled the 'packet drop' logging of the firewall to see which ports are being used, added (what I thought to be the correct ports) to the exceptions list, reran the script, but to no avail. Thanks for any pointers/help in this matter!
Kevin

For anyone who needs it, the solution I have found is:
Start - Run - gpedit.msc
'Administrative Templates' - 'Network' - 'Network Connections' - 'Windows Firewall' - 'Standard Profile' - 'Windows Firewall: Allow remote administration exception' and enable it for your ip address/subnet.
