#1 support for other hosts than sourceforge

Hi!

Your little pice of code is very usefull! Just a small
feature request: I host my project at BerliOS
(www.berlios.de). They use the sourceforge software,
so accessing the CVS is the same. It would be cool, if
the server could also be selected in the sfsetup to
allow a custom server.
