#4 XMFA output from convertSFS_code

It would be nice if convertSFS_code generated multi-locus alignments in XMFA format. This would allow the sequences to be read by programs such as ClonalFrame and Variscan, and otherwise make it clear that multiple loci are present. For now, I'll probably write a cheapo conversion script, and try to remember to upload it here.
