#3 help/doc: print default values

In the help:
sfs_code --help should print default values for each parameter. Otherwise, there's no way other that opening the documentation to see these values.

In the doc:
information from Table 4 (parameter values) should be merged with table 5 (params) somehow. Table 4 does not contain references to parameters' names, which makes it harder to find what I'm looking for.
