#2 Avoid arena for same guild members

One of the most embarrassing situation is when the bot repetitively attacks guild members near the same rank.

Avoiding the attack for both suggestion/rank would be greatly an improvement since many guild usually forbid attacks among the same members.

Just add the guilds name to the Ignore list at the Arena tab.
It's already available in 2.1.0b4
