#1 can't arena against very low rank ppl

As I'm about to fill my book with %, tried to set the bot to arena against low level chars in rank around 30000 and level ~20-30 (my rank is ~75, level 202). Couldn't make the app to do arena, whatever I set.
Finally I set level diff. only, that one works as intended.
