I've been asked to filter incoming tickets by whether they have a valid technical support agreement.
For this, we have custom variables (dates) that show when the support expires. Any incoming tickets with expired technical support go to the retention people to try to get them to pay up before the ticket is actioned!
I'm not finding an option to check if a date is before or after "Today", which is what I'm basically after.
Is this likely to be on a roadmap? Would anyone else find it useful? I found [#3906] was similar.
