NASM is rather intolerant of naming variables after registers, regardless of case. All occurrences of rSP are changed to rSPX in SPC700.Asm and SPC700.Inc. A jump in DSP.Asm was also modified from a short jump to a standard one. It is either a quirk in my version of NASM, or a result of the other modifications. I also had to build-dep and -b source xmms to get plugin.h, as Debain, in their great wisdom, removed the dev package for xmms.

To anyone else trying to build this, don't forget to put a / after xmms on the apt-get command line, like

apt-get build-dep xmms/
