On Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 the language of 7zip is automatically set to the display language the user has set in Windows Settings. This does not work anymore on Windows Server 2022. Can anyone tell me how this can be fixed?

Hi anyone ;-) I am a basic user of computers and software and brand new to the sourceforge forum. I guess this topic does not belong to "General Discussion" but no options list was available in the Forum box so... let me know if I'm bothering. I use 7Zip freeware to store encrypted files. At least I did. For unknown reason(s?) the software does not ask my password upon launch, nor does it propose encryption as an option anymore (nor any option) I did not find any useful help in the FAQ. I've been searching but having found an answer, so I apologize if I missed it. Is there a way to combine switches on the command line? Example: "C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe" x .zip -oy > Log[zip].txt Should - theoretically - extract each archive to its own named sub-folder and the "y" would presumably answer "Yes" to all prompts, with the stdout piped into the log file. I can't get any combination of multiple switches to work, so I'm just checking to see if 7zip supports this feature....maybe it's...
