Explain common file output error, filename is too long

When extracting archives with very long filenames, if
you're too deep in a directory tree already you'll get
a "can not open output file." All you need to do is
simply extract it at a higher level, or more likely
extract "here" instead of to "*\" ... I'd like to see a
test for filenames that are beyond the OS's limit, and
a more sensible error. I often get the post extract
diagnostic messages and assume I have a faulty archive
when the answer is quite simple.
I've attached a simple testcase zip that I used to
reproduce the error. It seems To happen on all archive
types.
