#665 Diff in File Manager

Tell us how the Diff button works in File Manager?
I created 2 text files and specified notepad.exe in the settings for the comparison program.
After selecting text files and clicking the Diff button in the File Manager, a notepad window opens with the contents of the first selected file; file comparison is not performed. What am I doing wrong?
