#640 7z Password recovery for forgot password

Hi,
I compressed a folder using 7z tool with password protected . it around 32 gb size at 2024
Now i want to extract that folder but i forgot the password. i tried all my previous password it tell incorrect password.
i need to recovery my folder.
provide me step by step guide to uncompress the folder

Write what type of archive: 7z or zip?
And try to remember the length of password (the number of characters) and what exact characters you could use: a-z A-Z 0-9 _ $ and so on.
If password contains many characters and encryption is AES, then it's almost impossible to recover data.
