In some cases, 7-zip archives data to local temp folder, and then it copies data to USB.
So just wait copying finishing, if your USB is slow.
O, in this case we have two problems. First why percentage it shown 100%
dyring copying files from temp folder to USB device. For example, I have
waited almost 10 minutes at 100%. I was thinking 7zip is frozen or what???
This mean, until copying is not complete the percentage must not shown
100%. Also, what about some message to the user in regards of hidden
copying operation?
Apart if that. The second problem. Why do you copying files to the temp if
I set configuration 175GB ram available to be used.
Also, one other bug. We need ram availability to be edit input and user can
add as they want. This is just one suggestion.

It's rare case conditions.
Percents are for archive creation only.
Copying was not included to percents progress, because usually we have no that additional "Copying" stage.
Maybe we should show some information to user about that stage. I'll think about it.
7-zip doesn't use RAM for temp files, because archive can be larger than RAM size.
Also RAM will not help in your case, because USB is still slow. So you need time for writing to USB.
