I read on some sites about the best methods for strong file compression, but I am skeptical
I don't want to implement what they write
I want you to give me the best options for compressing files. What are they?

What options should I set?
archive format
compression level
comperssion method
dictionary size
word size
solid block size
number of cpu threads
memory usage for compressing

The reason is that I have no experience in these matters. I hope you can help me
