#564 VirusTotal Reporting 1 Vendor Reported 7z2406-x64.exe as Malicious

I offer this as helpful feedback. I hope it is received that way.

I just downloaded 7z2406-x64.exe (1,582 KB file size) on 6/4/2024 at 6:40 PM EST time. Just as an extra check for malicious software, I then uploaded it to VirusTotal.com which reported that 1 vendor and 1 sandbox is reporting the file 7zipinstall.exe (contained in the download) as malicious. I suspect this is a False-Positive since it is 1/73 vendors reporting. But, I wanted to bring this to your attention just in case it might be a malicious software concern (probably not) or if you wish to address the issue with the reporting vendor (and sandbox).
