#540 Error 0x80071772 User does not have the ability to decrypt
Due to my Windows profile getting corrupted, I had to create a new profile and move all my files from the old profile to the new one (no need to reinstall programs). But now if I try to extract a file from a 7-Zip folder, I get "Error 0x80071772: The specified file is encrypted and the user does not have the ability to decrypt it." I was only able to get the file by copying the folder back to the old Windows profile, extracting the file I needed, and copying it over to my new profile folders. I'm on Windows 11, and using 7-Zip 23.01. My new profile is at administrator level.
The filename 7z had somehow gotten changed to be opened by Windows instead of 7z. Fixed.
