#439 Please change the split volumes to a new name format

Some website doesn't permit to upload .00x file. Now the name fromat is "xxx.7z.00X". I want to it like : "xxx.00X.7z" 、”xxx.V00X.7z“、“xxx.SV00X.7Z” or like rar's format "xxx.partX.rar".

Note that you can split also rar archive:
a.rar.001
a.rar.002
or any another file:
a.avi.001
a.avi.002

So 001 extension is not only 7-Zip related. It's "common" extension for split files that can be used by another programs, for example, by Total Commander.

Then, can you add a new name format for 7z? Add a option for switching the name format.
WinRAR have an option for switching the old name format like: R0X.

001/002/split is common format and common extensions.
Mmaybe we could add some extension after that:
name.001.split, name.002.split
But then probably another programs like Total commander will not understand it.

So, I said "add a option for switching the name format."
If I want to upload, I switch it to new name format. If I want to use it in TC, I switch it to original format.
"xxx.00X.7z" ,why not use this? RAR's split volumes' extension is still rar, so I think 7z can use the same format.
