zip archive is not good.
It contains the filed HOST OS that shows that it was created in UNIX.
And 7-Zip expects UTF-8 encoding for such archives instead of DOS (OEM) encoding.
You can report to developers of software that was used to create that zip archive.
Ask them to use "FAT" in HOST OS field with DOS encoding.
if they want to use UNIX "HOST OS ", then they must use UTF-8 encoding.
