Creation time is not preserved by default for .zip since 7-Zip 22.x Windows version

Had last installed on Windows 11 the 7-Zip 21.07 version and by default it was so that when create archive (.zip) or add files or directories the creation time was preserved.
Since 7-Zip 22.0 version, the default behavior is no longer there and would like it to be restored. I use 7-Zip since Windows 7 very intensively.
Yes, creation time and last access timestamps were switched off by default.
We suppose that these timestamps can carry bring some time infomation about user activity. And maybe users do not want to show that information when they send zip archives to other parties.
Modified timestamp also carries important information. But Modified timestamp is expected thing for all zip programs.
Also if we store last access timestamps, then when we create archive again, we can have different timestamps in archive, that is not good by some reasons.
If you still need creation timestamps, you can set it in "Options" of "Add to archive" window. But it will not affect default settings still.
This suggestion works in 7-Zip 22.x only partially and could not recover the behavior as in 7-Zip 21.07. When using "Options" and "Add to archive" creation time is preserved, but when I open an existing .zip file where directories and files have already been zipped with creation time. When I drag and drop new or existing updated files or directories into this .zip file, creation time is not preserved and disappears.
