#391 7zip installation problem

I have a windows 10 version 64bitx64 and when I download the app on my laptop it does not open I can either have the 32 or 64 and neither is opening up it tells me to keep installing after it ask if I want to all the app to make changes it goes right back to install afterwards just for it to tell me it's already installed
