Cygwin run setup-x86.exe or setup-x86_64.exe add packages emacs, p7zip
Want to copy Cygwin to be portable
copy, robocopy, no error, start cygwin (cli) emacs fail
cut & past, start cygwin (cli) emacs ok
zip, 7z, rar, compress & extract , start cygwin & emacs fail
from a fail cygwin, start cygwin (cli) 7z a cygwin.64.7z cygwin.64 no error
extract , start cygwin (cli) emacs ok
