#374 Extract with Drag n Drop + multimonitor configuration freeze the software

I am working with a multimonitor configuration on Windows 10 64bit
i use 7zip from years but i am now exhausted of this problem, then i decided to report it,
this problem is not machine related happen also to other Windows 10 stations.

when you try use Drag n Drop to extract something from a zip file (example in the desktop)
the application freeze and you are forced to terminate it with windows Task Manager

When this problem happen a rectangle image with denied simbol appear in the of middle of the screen

and can not be removed.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open a zip file, place the 7zip software window to one monitor
* Select a file/folder of the zip and try drag with the mouse out to a desktop of another different monitor
* If nothing happen (so works as usual) move again the mouse (with the dragged file/folder) from a monitor to another two times
* The app is now freezed, with the rectangle image denied symbol on the screen

This problem happen wih the regular version at 64bit
but also with the new alpha version 20

It may happen that sometimes it works regularly but it usually gets stuck (almost always the first time you open 7zip)
