7-Zip 19.00 (x86) : this version seems to be working...
    sorry !

  • Norbert Schlemmer

    Should 7-Zip 19.00 (x86) work with Windows XP ?
    Thanks
    Norbert

Yes, 7-Zip must work in Windows XP.
And if some feature of 7-Zip doesn't work in XP, please notify me.

With 7-Zip 19.00 (x86) it is not possible to extract the referenced Oracle 19c files under Windows XP.
    7-Zip 19.00 64-bit under Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2016 works perfect.

What error message do you have?
Try x86 version of 7-Zip in another systems.
It's difficult to dowload that file.

    1) can it open another zip files?
    2) please give me the link for dowloading without registration.
It's better to get the smallest file example that still doesn't work.

7-Zip works OK with that file.

Note that you need two files
"7z.exe" and "7z.dll" in same folder.
    Or use stanalone 7za.exe:

      Oh, it's working... thanks.

Does 7za.exe support to create an archived .exe file ? Thanks

If you want sfx archive, you need sfx module in same folder.

So why it doesn't work before in your case?
