#22 Simplify extracting from the context menu

It would be great to see an additional option in the
context menu to extract directly according your "path
mode" choice (i.e. into the same directory) just by
chosing the option in the context menu or double right
click.

I agree. The context menu is something that is very important
to a lot of users. At the moment, 7zip just adds four items in
there. I really don't like that. I _love_ being able to put them
there though. My favorite setup is:

create archive _name_.zip

for any nonarchive file, and

extract here
extract name\

for archive types.

however since everyone will probably have different tastes in
this area, it would be very polite to have the user configure
this him/herself.

In 2.17 version all contextual items are in a sub menu.
I prefer this because many programs add there items in
contextual menu which grow and grow.
And is beter with 7zip icon.
