Increase 7z ratio and speed easilly
A free file archiver for extremely high compression

I have an idea that would increase speed and
compressing ratio without changing anything in the
compressor.
Actually, if I compress XML files in max compression, I
get an archive 3x
bigger than RAR unless if I compress it in command line
and choose manually the PPMD compression.
7-zip would become very powerful if you integrate in the
7z compressor a list of extensions with their best
adapted compressor for each one:
txt,xml,html,csv... = PPMD
exe,dll... = BCJ
jpeg,gif = 0 (or zip for instance)
zip,rar,ace... = 0
This list would be very easy to create, could be freely
distributed and improved by the community.

Or even some sort of "smart detection" based on data inside
of the file.
