#467 Updated Romanian language file for version 26.02

Please be sure to include this file in the next version! This file is a huge improvement to the actual translation

Updated the Romania language file for Version 26.02

I know the translation is already 100%. However I discovered more mistakes, missing words and typos that had to be corrected. Comparing to ticket nr. 458 there are even more improvements that were not included there. Comparing this file with the file from ticket no. 443 there is a huge difference.

If you don't believe me, just look at the file properties and you will see the size for the files ro.txt is different.
