#46 Updated Macedonian translation

Hello, my name is Filip Dimovski. I'm using 7-Zip for a
long time in my language (Macedonian). Because of the
very bad translation I found, I took my free time and
retranslated the whole 7-Zip again by using the
template i found in the Lang directory. Please be kind
to accept this translation. Everything here is
translated correctly and logically, so when people
here in Macedonia use your application (which IMHO is
very good & useful) can make it clear what to do. The
translation included with 7-Zip is very confusing and
hard to adopt on. So please replace it with the one I'm
sending. Believe me, it's much understandable for the
people to use the program in their native language,
especially if every text in the program is logically
named - that is, easy to learn and use.
