#458 Update Romanian language 7-zip 25.00

Hello 7-zip team!

I updated the Romanian translation of 7-zip to the latest version, according to the English language file (en.ttt). I had to do more corrections in the Romanian one. Now everything seems to be alright. The translation was checked so there is no string that is too long.

So why these corrections?
I have no way to decide that your file is better than previous translation version,

Since my last translation I have discovered more mistakes in the Romanian resource file. For example, I found some typos, like a instead of ă in some words, like this:

Rata / Utilizare

instead of

Rată / Utilizare

I also found many missing words from strings. There are hundreds or more than 1000 occurences. For example,

Tip legătură

instead of

Tipul de legătură

I also changed some translations in order to use all the required words and to sound better, like:

Mărimea RAM

instead of

Dimensiunea memoriei RAM.

Also, the word "folder" is either kept as it is or translated as "dosar" and not as "director". The word "Folder" is wrongly translated in Romanian as "Director", so I translated is as "Folder (Dosar)", in order to keep both variants. I also changed the translations for the strings like "Are you sure" in "Ești sigur(ă)" in order to translate both correctly and to keep in account the software can be used by both men and women. Comparing to English, the Romanian language has three forms: feminine, masculine and neutral.

I also corrected strings like:

Adaugă timpul creare

with

Adaugă timpul creării

in order to be everything grammatically correct.

The strings

Foarte rapid
Rapid
Normal
Maxim

were changed to

Cea mai rapidă
Rapidă
Normală
Maximă

because the words "compresare", "arhivare" and "comprimare" are feminine in Romanian.

And much more.

It's true. Now the file is bigger but the translation is much better. Because of discovering many mistakes I decided to review and retranslate the entire file from English to Romanian language. Now it's much better.
