Some fixes for version 24.04
1) In block 7600, nested column headings have been corrected.
2) string 435:

Some important improvements have been made.

1) Syntax correction

Existing:
315 Mevcut dosyayı bununla değiştirmek
316 ister misiniz?

Correction:
315 Mevcut dosyayı değiştirmek ister misiniz?
316 bununla

2) Singular-plural cases

In Turkish, numbers do not take the plural suffix "-ler/-lar" when used with entities.
Existing:
435 Bu {0} ögeleri silmek istiyor musunuz?

Correction:
435 Bu {0} ögeyi silmek istiyor musunuz?

3) Sections displayed in English

After the file is created with SFX, the dialog boxes that open when you left-click the mouse are in English. I couldn't determine the reason for this.

Sfx is single file exe. So now 7-Zip doesn't use translation files for Sfx. 7-Zip doesn't embed transaltion files to exe file resources.
