#422 Backward/Forward navigation using MB4+5/toolbar buttons/menubar/keyboard shortcuts

After 18 years and 6 months, the support for backward/forward navigation is ready.

• It works using the mouse buttons 4+5 / toolbar buttons / menubar or keyboard shortcuts.
• Has independent support for each of the 2 panels.
• The action is sent to the panel behind the cursor - or to the last active panel when the cursor is outside the panels.
• It is based on Folders History, except it doesn't remove the duplicate paths.
• It is split in 3 patches to allow, for example, merging only the core feature without remapping the existing keyboard shortcuts.
  I hope you'll apply at least the first patch, the others were made for completeness.
