#416 French translation updated for v23.01

Why to use your modification?

Because some translations are incorrect in French and also I have added missing entries is the new fr.txt file.

I hope you will accept the new file.
Otherwise, please let me know if I have done something wrong.

I have compared using WinMerge, please check if is correct.

It is quite hard to compare with screenshots but I can see my modifications.

Also, I have taken care of having the good number of line in the new file by adding missing sentences.

You can take the new one safely.
