#34 new code for PPMD that does not need "pack" attributes

Here is a new code for PPMD that does not need "pack"
attributes.
(see attached file)

This code works on:
linux x86
linux x86_64
Solaris sparc_64 (but CC -misalign because some pointer
are still unaligned)

I have not benchmarked this code because 7za does not
provide benchmarks ...

If this code is really slower that your code, perharps
you can use "#ifdef" to mix the two code.
