#331 Updated Japanese Lang file for 19.00

[Rukoto Luther]

When I previously presented a language file for Ver. 18.05, it was mainly to fix machine translation.
In this revision, we fully standardized and optimized by adhering to Japanese style guide adequately.

For a while I believe there is no need to modify the Japanese translation.
