#32 256 colors files icons

Here are the 256 colors icons.
This avoid the ugly dots of the shadow.
NB: the cab and rar icons have larger text, perhaps an
error ? I didn't found the font so it wasn't possible
for me to fix it.

Umm... i'm very sorry for my stupidity, but can anyone tell
me, how to use this patch? I don't just know what this file
is, and what do I need to apply it to sourcecode.

The attached file is just a 7zipped file which contains the
256 colors icons (.ico filetype).
They are supposed to replace the .ico files wich are in the
7zip\Archive\(archive extensions) directory of the tar.bz2
source archive.
