#291 Microsoft Windows Modern UI Icons

The icons in 7-Zip are seemingly-outdated and are largely inconsistent.

The files attached to this Ticket are compliant with Modern UI (formerly called Metro UI) introduced by Microsoft in Windows 8 and carried on through 8.1 and Windows 10. They are all consistent and add value to the program's User Interface.

Files attached to this Ticket contain images that need to be put in the "<Project>\CPP\7zip\UI\FileManager" directory.
