#29 wrong path to files

Running Win2K Pro, IE 6, Outlook 2000.

Here's the situation: I receive an email in Outlook and it
has a zip attachment of an html file. I click to open it
and the 7zip window pops up. I click to open the file and
it finds it perfectly, like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\csk\Local
Settings\Temp\7zO71.tmp\report.html

Then if there is another email with an attachment, after I
have done it the first time, here's what happens. I click
to open an attachment with the second email and the
7zip window pops up as normal. But when I click to
open the file and 7zip has the wrong path, like this:
C:\Documents%20and%20Settings\csk\Local%
20Settings\Temp\7zO76.tmp\report.html

7zip no longer finds the right path to open the
documents. Notice the "%20" inserted where spaces
were.
This problem is not solved by closing 7zip, IE, or
Outlook. It is solved by rebooting. It is repeatable.

It does not occur with Winzip.
