Please remove additional empty lines.
It's better if layout is exact as in en.ttt and the same number of lines.

Did you check new file?
Note that the number of lines in files en.ttt and eu.txt must be equal.
and each line must be translated (including empty lines).
Check, for example, these lines:

Split Before Split After Dictionary Type Anti
