#205 Portuguese translation totally completed

I changed all things was incorrect (was almost all phrases/words).
The first Portuguese translator translated the file from the Portuguese (Brazil) translation and he don't translated many phrases and words, so... I corrected all things was incorrect and now, the Portuguese standard (Portuguese-Portugal) translation is very well translated.

Antes de mais agradeço as correcções que fez. No entanto, antes de tecer comentários, convém ter a certeza do que está a dizer. Em virtude dos seus comentários, não posso deixar de referir o seguinte:

Depende do ponto de vista. Claro que algumas correcções que fez, estão correctas e até melhoradas. No entanto, a tradução efectuada já estava adaptada ao acordo ortográfico. Agora, o ficheiro tem a ortografia pré-acordo. Espero que tenha a disponibilidade para o actualizar quando o acordo entrar definitivamente em vigor. Boa vontade temos todos. Vontade para continuar é outra história.

Não é verdade. Eu aproveitei o ficheiro Português e simplesmente alterei para cumprir o acordo. Posso é ter errado em algumas coisa. Quem é que não o faz?
Talvez o João, como se vê pela frase "... is very well translated."

Todas as frases estavam traduzidas. Não estavam é de acordo com o que o João acha correcto.

Do you think that we can use new file as pt.txt ?
Are there any reason why we can need different files for pt.txt and pt-pt.txt?

It is just to differentiate pt-BR (Portuguese of Brazil) and pt-PT (Portuguese of Portugal)

So it's better to use pt.txt name instead.
In that case Brasil users will use pt-BR, and all another Portuguese users will use pt.txt.
