#756 Support for InstallShield CAB

A lot of software packages are packed using InstallShield CAB formats, which is not compatible with the Microsoft CAB format. It is important for 7-Zip to add support of InstallShield CAB. Compatible source code for InstallShield CAB can be found in protools.com, under i5comp and i6comp. Alternatively, the codes can also be found in:

ftp://ftp.elf.stuba.sk/pub/pc/pack/

Look for files i5comp21.rar, i6comp02.zip, i6cmp13b.zip.

This format is rather obsolete by now (InstallShield uses MSI format for quite a few years already) - so I don't think it's worth the effort.

Last time I checked, there are still many software using InstallShield packages, (eg: Catalyst driver). So it is far from obsolete.
